Yesterday was Field Day at Rhea!!

The chilly breeze and 🌧️ weren’t going to stop us from having the BEST time!

Thank you to Rollin’ Snow, Llama Llama’s Adventure Mobile Petting Zoo, and our FAVORITE DJ MR. GOOD NEWS for hanging out with us! Everyone had a great time!

We’d like to thank all of PTO Volunteers for helping us make this happen! We couldn’t do it without YOU! 🐾

Today, we proudly celebrate the exceptional principals of the Paris Special School District whose leadership, dedication, and compassion shape the foundation of our schools every single day.

To Mr. Chris Hudgins, Dr. Chip Gray, and Mr. Jason Scarbrough—thank you for the unwavering commitment you show to our students, staff, and community. Your ability to lead with integrity, support with kindness, and inspire through action does not go unnoticed.

Whether guiding students toward success, empowering teachers to grow, or facing challenges with resilience and calm, you each bring something unique and invaluable to our district. PSSD is stronger, brighter, and more unified because of the work you do.

It was such a great day! The kids were so excited and telling us how beautiful it was. Special thank you to Julia Armstrong and Meredith Manning St John for chairing our event.

Special thanks to ALL of our PTO volunteers. These events wouldn’t be able to exist without you! You all are AMAZING and thank you so much for letting us borrow your time. We hope you enjoyed it!

And another special thank you to Rhea’s cafeteria staff! You all ROCKED it! So grateful to all of you and your hard work and dedication! 🫶 The kids loved the chicken so much, they asked for seconds! 😋 😂

And another warm thank you to Tiffany Douglass for the beautiful flower arrangements and Joy Stubblefield for providing the soothing classics on the harp.
