Today, we're tipping our hats to Senior Application Engineer Don Deardorff as he retires after more than 16 years with Supportworks.

When Don came on board in late 2009, Supportworks was a young company, and bringing him onto the team was a big win for our organization and a sign that we were building something special.

Throughout his time at Supportworks, engineers, architects, and contractors could count on Don for preliminary design assistance and advice on large and challenging commercial and industrial applications of our products. While he wasn't often in the spotlight, the work he did behind the scenes made a difference across our entire network.

A few teammates who worked closely with Don over the years recently joined him to celebrate, share stories, and congratulate him on his remarkable career. Please join us in congratulating Don on his retirement and thanking him for a job well done!

Yesterday, members of our team attended the luncheon to officially receive our SIXTH Best Places to Work in Omaha award. It was such an honor to celebrate alongside so many outstanding organizations in our community.

We’re grateful. We’re proud. And we're motivated to keep fostering a culture where people feel welcome, fulfilled, and empowered to grow—while helping us redefine our industry.
