Psalm 119:15-16 (ESV): "I will meditate on your precepts and fix my eyes on your ways. I will delight in your statutes; I will not forget your word." (Focus: Shifting focus toward God's ways)

I think it's very important that we take time out of our day at least three different periods there are three eating periods which we feed and and nutritionalize our body if that's what it requires to feel ourselves with the necessary fuel to make it through the day then why wouldn't it be the same on the opposite side of the spectrum morning take 30 minutes out of your day commune with God analyze your life set short-term in long term goals manifest yourself achieving those goals cuz God wants you happy he wants you in the best version of yourself if you can accept that that is a fact then meditate on it visualize it until it's in your brain like it's something that's already happened ask God to fulfill this ask him to align his path of your destiny along this direction he knows your once he knows your desires he knows your faults he knows what you need even if you don't believe it you need to be happy spiritually financially physically emotionally an environmentally if your primary focus is on him every morning that you touch ground giving gratitude for what he's given you in the middle of the day when you're feeling like you just might not make it through and at the end of the night when you realize he had your back all the way through even when you didn't know you can make it those are the times that you rejuvenize your spirit earthly problems are just that earthly if you let them overwhelm you then it's hard to focus on the energy and the blessings and the beauty it is all around us on this plane just over the veil of stress daily activities bills heartache loneliness keep your eyes on the Lord the Lord will keep your eyes dry. I hope this Sunday morning this message finds you resonates in you allows you to assess your life and maybe make more time for your higher power for God and his son and the holy Spirit that moves and connects all of us. Pray that in your time of struggle you close your eyes and you know the God will guide you then maybe it's not a struggle but you've been fighting his will so long that he needs to remove the things that are in your life in order to give you what you want grays and glory be to God and his service to his people his children and may we all beat United under his love

Good morning God bless us all, may he keep us, guide us and help us learn to ! Today we're going to start doing segments from a book called
365 Days of Prayer for Depression and Anxiety.
It's been awhile since I woke up and did sermons and posted and I felt like this was God trying to tell me to change that. So recording it would help my life and those who received it. Each day I'll rise and read from the book and then as always listen to Mr. Christopher with his segments of The Morning Grace.
