I just dropped something a little different off at DuVall Sourdough Co... our handcrafted fire starters are in stock and honestly, they might be the best Easter basket gift for the camper or cabin person in your life.

Each one is handmade here at the farm with soy wax, cedar shavings, and dried botanicals, cinnamon sticks, juniper, orange peel, pine cone. They smell incredible before they even light, and they do their job beautifully once they do. Campfires, fire pits, wood stoves, wherever you need a reliable, beautiful start to a fire.

Joining the Palmyra Community Library for Small Business Saturday is always a highlight of the season. The library is such a warm, welcoming part of our town, and setting up there brings out that nostalgic, small-town-at-Christmastime feeling every time.

There’s something deeply satisfying about revisiting the things our great-grandmothers got right. This utility soap is one of them…solid, simple, and incredibly useful.
I’ve poured it into ramekins for the sink, with refill pucks to keep it going. Great for dishes, laundry stains, and that quiet sense of contentment that comes from doing things the old way.

These scents are winter in the Finger Lakes…snowy trails, pine air, and cozy nights by the fire. ❄️
