One of the secrets behind my thick, chewy molasses cookies is simple: time. 🤎

These cookies are packed with warm spices like ginger, cinnamon, cloves, and flaky sea salt — and those flavors only get better as they sit. I’ll actually mix the dough several days before baking so the spices have time to fully develop and create that deep, rich flavor everyone loves so much.

Watching these cookies become one of the favorites in my bakery has been such a gift. It truly warms my heart knowing something made with so much care is loved by so many. ✨

I know I’ve been a little quiet on here lately, but behind the scenes it’s been full speed ahead 🤍 End-of-school-year chaos is REAL, and I know so many of you are feeling the same busy season right now.

Between school events, sports, traveling, and soaking up these moments with my kids, life has been extra full lately. At the end of the day, I’m truly just a mom who loves baking quality food for my community, and I’m so grateful for all of your support through every busy season. ☺️
