We had the privilege of spending time at the Alaska Veterans & Pioneers Home yesterday, providing massage therapy for their incredible staff for an employee appreciation event.

For the past 10 years, we’ve had the honor of caring for our beloved veterans, and it meant so much to give back to the dedicated staff who support them every day.

Darla and Aimee loved being able to provide a little relaxation and appreciation to such a hardworking team. Thank you for all that you do - we’re grateful to be part of this community 💙 We will be back soon!

Today marks a full decade since we first opened our doors here at Optimum Performance. What started as a dream and a lot of hard work has grown into something truly special - and it’s all because of YOU.

To our incredible patients who’ve trusted us with your care, to our loyal friends and family who’ve cheered us on, and to every single person who’s walked through our doors or supported us along the way…thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

Hi everyone! Today is day 3 in our new location!

Our address is 809 S Chugach St Suite 1 Palmer, AK 99645. We are just 0.3 miles from our old location.

When you arrive for your appointment, come through the front door and you can either take the stairs up to our suite or take the lift! If you need any assistance please give us a call at 745-2575

In case you were wondering, we are open today, December 15th! We have power and our tables are warm 💡🙌🏼 See you soon!

Although we truly hate to do this, we will be closed tomorrow, December 8th. With wind gusts continuing over 70 mph, widespread outages, and many of our team still without power, we want to prioritize everyone’s safety - including our patients.

Tomorrow afternoon Danielle/Teresa will reach out to everyone affected to get rescheduled. Our therapists and Dr. Blake will also be opening additional hours to help accommodate cancellations.

After 10 years in our current location, we’re officially busting at the seams - and it’s all thanks to you. To better support our growth in both chiropractic and massage care, we’re moving into a larger space! Don’t worry, we aren’t going far - you can see our new space from our current one!
