Confessions of the Proline Killer
How One Frustrated Rabbit Found a Better Way

My name is White Rabbit.

Some of you know me by another name.

"The Proline Killer."

Before we go any further, I need to clear something up.

Yes, I smashed a Proliner.

No, it wasn't because it was a bad piece of equipment.

In fact, it was quite the opposite.

The Proliner is a powerful measuring system and has helped a lot of businesses create accurate templates over the years.

My problem wasn't that it didn't work.

My problem was what I expected after spending so much money.

You see, when I bought it, I thought all my pattern-making problems would disappear.

I imagined myself bouncing from boat to boat creating templates in minutes.

No headaches.

No frustration.

No late nights.

No trips back to the customer's location because something didn't fit.

Instead, I found myself fighting the process.

There were strings.

There were coordinate jumps.

There were reference points.

There were situations where I was crawling around inside boats trying to reach difficult corners while making sure I didn't lose my place.

There were curved surfaces.

Multiple levels.

Tight spaces.

Long runs.

And after every project, there were files to organize, measurements to verify, and projects to keep track of.

One afternoon after a particularly frustrating day, I sat alone in my shop staring at a half-finished template.

I looked at the measuring equipment.

I looked at the boat.

I looked at the clock.

Then I muttered something that would eventually change my life.

"There has to be a better way."

A few moments later, the incident happened.

Let's just say the Proliner didn't survive.

The details are still being debated by local authorities.

What matters is what happened next.

Because instead of giving up, I went looking for a solution.

Not a better measuring system.

A better experience.

What if creating a pattern was as easy as drawing?

What if I could simply follow the shape?

What if I didn't have to think about coordinate jumps?

What if I didn't need extensive training?

What if the software could do the hard work?

What if tracing a boat floor felt as natural as using a pen?

That's when I discovered the Trace Pen.

The first thing that surprised me was how simple it was.

No complicated setup.

No weeks of training.

No expensive onboarding.

No giant learning curve.

It worked right out of the box.

I picked it up.

Started tracing.

And watched as shapes became digital files.

I couldn't believe it.

Instead of fighting technology, I was simply tracing the part.

The software handled the rest.

Curves became curves.

Shapes became DXF files.

Projects moved faster.

Customers got their templates sooner.

And for the first time in years, I felt like the technology was working for me instead of the other way around.

But the Trace Pen wasn't the only thing that changed my business.

The online portal quietly became one of my favorite features.

Every project.

Every customer.

Every template.

Every revision.

Organized.

Stored.

Easy to find.

Months later, when a customer called asking for a replacement floor kit, I didn't have to dig through folders, hard drives, photos, or handwritten notes.

I simply opened the portal.

Found the project.

Downloaded the file.

Done.

As the months passed, something strange happened.

My business started growing.

Faster quoting.

Faster templates.

More jobs completed.

More happy customers.

More referrals.

As rabbits do, the work started multiplying.

Mrs. Rabbit noticed.

The little rabbits noticed.

Even the neighbors noticed.

I was getting home earlier.

Spending less time fighting measurements.

And spending more time building my business.

For a while, I considered keeping the Trace Pen my little secret.

After all, why tell everyone else?

Why help my competitors?

Why give away the advantage?

But then I remembered how frustrated I had been.

I remembered the learning curves.

The expensive equipment.

The complicated workflows.

The wires.

The coordinate jumps.

The awkward setups.

The endless effort required just to create a simple pattern.

And I realized many of you are probably facing those same challenges right now.

You know there has to be a better way.

You know there has to be a faster way.

You know there has to be a simpler way.

That's why I'm sharing this with you.

The Trace Pen isn't about replacing good tools.

It's about replacing bad experiences.

It's about helping fabricators, marine flooring installers, sign makers, cabinet builders, window tint shops, and manufacturers spend less time measuring and more time creating.

So yes.

I am the White Rabbit.

And yes.

I am the Proline Killer.

Not because I hated the tool.

But because I refused to believe frustration was the best our industry could do.

The Trace Pen showed me there was another way.

And now I'd like to show it to you.
