For over two decades, I led Jacki Arena Interiors as a traditional firm - building teams, delivering projects, and forming incredible client relationships along the way. That foundation still matters deeply. It’s what made this next evolution possible.

But the industry is changing.
Projects are more complex.
Clients need more than design alone.

They need aligned thinking across brand identity, interior design, procurement, architecture, lighting, art curation, and project strategy - working together from the very beginning.

That’s where JAI The Collective comes in.

Instead of a fixed internal team, we curate the right experts for each project - drawing from a trusted network of specialists who are leaders in their respective disciplines.

This allows us to be more agile, more intentional, and more aligned with the realities owners and developers face - balancing design excellence with brand clarity, operational performance, budgets, and long-term asset value.
