Our Story:
California Partnership (CAP) was founded in 2003. CAP came together out of grave concern about TANF re-authorization.
Inland Equity Partnership is a coalition working together to build civic power among low income, marginalized communities and communities of color in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Our efforts focus issues that affect very low-income women and families.
