Upon moving to SE Florida, she transferred this knowledge to work for a local developer, Wood Partners, as a Development Manager. Managing all aspects of the real estate life cycle from land acquisition to build out and finally to sales, Jess realized the most important aspect of the business, along with market knowledge and industry expertise, is customer satisfaction. As a Realtor, to ensure a customer-centric standard, Jess continuously expands her services to best serve her clients’ changing needs while staying abreast of current housing trends and attending relevant workshops. Another trip around the sun complete! Birthdays always seem to make me pause for a minute and take it all in. I’m so incredibly thankful for my family especially as my daughter starts her college journey, my friends, incredible memories made and those to come, and for everyone who cheers me on. And thankful to all of you who as I continue to grow and dream, and have supported me along the way. For the real estate side… Thank you to all my clients who have trusted me to be a part of such a big chapter of their lives. Truly means the world to me. And for all of you who have supported me as this business continues to grow into something I’m so proud of. Thank you! For the S&SH side, And especially grateful for my amazing clients who have trusted me to do my Jess thing — to be creative, think outside the box, and help transform their homes and offices into spaces that feel uniquely theirs. We officially sent our girl off to college, and while this mama heart is feeling a whole lot of emotions, we are SO incredibly proud of her and even more excited for everything ahead.
She gets to start her college experience with an incredible adventure in Costa Rica before heading back to the U.S. and starting at UNC in January. What a way to begin this next chapter!
We know she’s ready, even if we’re not quite ready for how quiet the house is going to feel. 🥹
And yes, I absolutely forced everyone into one last family photo before she left… because that’s what moms do. 🤍
Here’s to new places, new experiences, new friendships, and one very exciting adventure ahead. We love you and are so proud of you!
