Sometimes you need to take break. Totally spoil yourself and your partner. We live in a society filled with expectations as such we tend to be so ambitious that we do not listen to our body anymore. Years ago we both had a burnout for me it was a mental burnout for my husband a physical one the universe made clear to him that he needed to rest by letting him tore his minuscule, he could not walk for months this was after more than we years of working 6 sometimes 7 days a week. Toxay we have learned to be aware of any body disco.fort before it gets worse
I had been coughing for month
So I found this salt cave and floating experience and too gladly advantage of it
It was in Juno Beach
Called transitions they will be tagged check it out.
We also enjoyed their infrared sauna for detoxification

Love yourself
And you will
Open the door
to Receive Love
and give love
In the beginning of our relationship
I was needy and
greedy of love
afraid to loose love
I was very self critical
and so my husband became more critical of me too
untill I realized that I needed to change me first
I neede to love and appreciate me first
so I could be open to his Love
and walk through the door together of a beautiful lasting love
Loving me
was the seed
For receiving love
enjoying a happy marriage of 30 years
and living a happy and abundant life together
A life filled with love
all starts by feeding yourself

Today we Celebrate our 30 years marriage anniversary .
Feeling blessed with you my dear tipu,
Such a beautiful adventurous journey of 30 years and hope for at least the double or more
Filled with love, fun travels and Entrepreneurial endeavors while supporting our sons to live life to the fullest.
Time went so fast. It feels like yesterday we got married ! It was a beautiful marriage in Dhaka, i enjoyed the small family setting and felt very welcomed and loved by your family !

For years I tried to keep myself small
And even if I did,
my ambitions were still far too big for those around me
It was a tough act to play as it was not me. I became ill and lost myself, until I rediscovered me.
