YES, THE LAGOON IS GETTING CLEANER AND WE'RE SEEING RESULTS!
The Brevard Save Our Indian River Lagoon (SOIRL) Plan has 185 projects Completed and Underway. They will reduce pollution (excess Nitrogen) in the Lagoon significantly (more than a million pounds a year).
Overall, the Plan calls for the completion of 417 projects which will reduce pollution even more! See more at: https://tinyurl.com/SOIRL-Projects
Moreover: We are seeing Signs of Progress in the return of seagrass and wildlife!
Because we are investing in Healing the Lagoon, we are attracting Hundreds of Millions in matching funds and grants to help.
