I got a download days ago that trauma babies experience while in the womb are stored in their crown chakra.....

I was thinking of how every human has lived inside their grandma's womb and how fascinating that is to me and boom 💥.

Our moms hold trauma that stemmed from 2 generations back, who also held trauma 2 generations heavy which means as wombmen we hold our grandma's trauma deep within us.

As you heal your womb, heal your heart and heal your crown. It'll heal the lineage 🧬

I'm still marinating on the rest of what I got but it's urgently on my heart so someone needs that 💚

Plant a tree or buy a tree for your home! Go outside and ground yourself and leave a few coins under a tree! Shop local at the farmer's market just be intentional to make a difference today no matter how small!

Our wombs are the only vessels in this dimension that can produce life naturally. Hence as you protect your heart (all life flows from it), ladies protect your womb- YOUR life and essence flows from it! Your heart is directly connected your womb.....

Womb healing is an essential part of both healing work as a woman but also should be apart of your spiritual hygiene!

This week schedule some time to spend with your womb. It doesn't need to be long but it needs to be done. Take a bath and place a piece of rose quartz in the water, meditate with your rose quartz and then hold it over your womb and speak healing or get some waist beads with rose quartz and protective crystals to wear around your waist!
