So im having a baby shower tomorrow for a son that will be born in march.. I just made these for the baby shower.. they are milk chocolate, dark chocolate, and Caramel strawberries drizzled with white chocolate... Kaari Champagne is a lucky woman...lol

Pimp my grits.. it's black drum and shrimp on grits garnished with fried oinions.. I cooked this last night at work.. (sorry the pic is kinda blurry)

I had a very hard day at work today.. it was a snowball effect.. problem after problem.. I solved them even when my CHEF gave up.. I found a solution.. in the end I won.. the kitchen kept running.. but I still feel so bad about the mistakes in the first place.. I took full responsibly.. I even over came them.. I'm still disappointed in myself as a chef......
