The Hawks are going out to the ballgame! Join us on Friday, August 7 at 6:30 pm for a Hunting Ridge night out at the Schaumburg Boomers game! All Hawks fans will be seated together and will enjoy:

🚙 FREE parking at Wintrust Field

Tickets are $21 each, and a portion of every ticket sold will come back to the Hunting Ridge PTA to help support all the fun planned for next year! Please select from the reserved seats in section "B" when purchasing, and more seats will open as these fill up.

New for 2026: School Supplies Kits! ✏️

While we're still celebrating how amazing this school year has been, we’re also excited to share that we’ve partnered with Impacks for next school year to offer an easy way to purchase your 2026-27 school supplies! Ordering is as easy as 1-2-3. Here’s how it works:

1, Go to this webpage to purchase, and make sure to select the grade your Hawk will be in next year. >> https://shop.myimpacks.com/pages/school/hunting-ridge-elementary-school-palatine-il

2. Each kit includes everything required, with one exception on the 5th grade list. Prices are comparable to most retail stores, and cheaper than Amazon!

3. Impacks will ship kits directly to the school and they'll be waiting in your Hawk's 2026-27 classroom on Meet the Teacher/Supplies Drop-off.

All kits are fully customizable! Still have headphones you can use for next year? Just remove them from the box before you check out.

Orders must be completed by July 15 for school delivery.

As we reflect on an amazing school year, we could never forget to thank our AMAZING partners within the admin team at Hunting Ridge. Thank you to Mrs. Arenberg and Mrs. O'Neill for your amazing partnership in bringing this year's programming to our Hawks as well as for your listening ears and presence at our monthly meetings. Additionally, thank you to Mary and Jo in the front office for helping with all of our flyers and email communications. You truly made an impact, and we are thankful for your support.

Our 5th graders had one final celebration last night at Main Event, and it was the perfect way to wrap up their elementary school journey! 🎉

Games, laughter, and making memories with friends…it was a fantastic evening and a wonderful way to say farewell.

We are so proud of this amazing group and all they have accomplished. Good luck to our rising 6th graders as they begin their next adventure!!

It’s official—every Hawk has received their birthday book from our Book Vending Machine!!

What an amazing inaugural year! Special shout out to Ashley Langer for all of her hard work behind the scenes and dedication to keeping this incredible program running smoothly all year long. We are also so grateful to our amazing monthly volunteers who helped students enjoy and celebrate the joy of reading each month. And to our anonymous donor — thank you for your incredible generosity and for helping bring this opportunity to our students in the first place.

Because of all of you, our Hawks were able to build excitement around reading one book at a time. We can’t wait to see this program continue to grow next year! ❤️

5th graders’ “Game Day” was a huge success yesterday! It’s clear from these pictures that they had an absolute blast. From laughter to friendly competition, it was the perfect way to celebrate this incredible group before they move on to their next adventure.
