While I'm incredibly grateful for the friendships and partnerships I've built through Craft Designs, today is also a reminder of how important it is to have those special people outside of business—the ones who support you, encourage you, make you laugh, and remind you that life isn't all about work.

For me, those people are my sister and my lifelong friend of more than 50 years. No matter where life has taken us, they've been there through the highs, the lows, and everything in between. Their friendship is a gift I never take for granted.

Building a business is rewarding, but having genuine friendships along the way makes the journey even sweeter. 💛

One thing I hear often is that people aren’t sure what happens after they inquire about a website.

I’ve tried to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible:

• Fill out the inquiry form.
• We’ll chat about your business, goals, and budget.
• I’ll send over a proposal for you to review.
• If you’d like to move forward, you’ll approve the proposal, complete your invoice, and sign your agreement.
• Then you’ll receive an onboarding questionnaire so I can gather all the details needed for your website.

About a month ago, Montana Bar & Grill trusted me to design their website and help with their social media presence. Since launching on April 25th, they’ve shared that they’ve experienced a substantial increase in food and drink sales.
