The Building of An Attitude - The following information should be used as the norm
for how you establish your football program and a winning attitude. We must demand
from our athletes and from ourselves (coaches) the strength from within to be the
difference maker.
Mental Preparation the Unknown Ingredient - Must win the mental battles. How?
Forget The Past - We must concentrate on what we are going to do now and in the future.
Out Work Our opponent - Leave no stones unturned, never assume.
Commitment - Be the best - Talk it - Live it
Utilize Our Abilities - Find a way to put our athletes in the best possible position to succeed.
Seek Personal Bests - Must challenge our self’s each day to get better. Don't overlook the little things.
Attitude and Effort is our foundation for success. Attitude and effort are the 150% vehicle in which our staff and athletes must ride to make the difference.

The numbers above add up to 100, when each letter is given a number, it is the letter's position in the alphabet, the letter's position adds up to 100. We must find within our program the 150% effort from our athlete's to be the best. Each day coaches take the field demanding 100 to 110% effort from their players, as coaches we must make the difference and demand the extra 50% which equals 150% effort, this will make you different. You must dare to be different; your success is not about anyone individual or anyone’s ego and what he wants, it must be what’s best for the team.
