I added okra and onions and cheese to the cornbread.

Today I sautéed okra and onions and added it to the cornbread along with some shredded cheddar cheese. I also have a side of fatback meat and sliced tomatoes.

A couple of pieces of fatback meat and a couple of hot biscuits is a wonderful thing.

This fatback meat was baked on 300° for 55 minutes. I took it out the oven three separate times to drain the grease.
