HISTORY:
For over 80 years, the Harned family has been in the bar-b-q business in Paducah, Kentucky. In the 1930's, Slim and Annie Harned opened Slim's Bar-B-Q in the Old Arcadia area of Paducah. In 1955, the Harned's moved to 4421 Clark's River Road, off of highways 60, 62 and 68. Slim and Annie passed the restaurant on to their son Joe and his wife Juanita, though they waited until Joe and Juan
