Have you ever come across a fruit that you didn’t know, and you thought to yourself, “WTF”? 🤔 What’s That Fruit Wednesday is a weekly deep dive into the history, characteristics, and flavor profile of the very fruits that we use to make our preserves. Since Summer time is berry season, there’s no better time to explore the different berries we offer, such as our mulberry!

With over 2000 different types of fruit worldwide, we hope you can learn something new, expand your palate, and even find your next favorite jam flavor!

Lemon drop taken to the next level! This cocktail is super lemony and perfect for summer. Plus, it’s guaranteed to satisfy your citrus cravings 🍋🍸 Recipe below:

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 oz vodka
- 1.5 oz Meyer lemon syrup
- 1 oz triple sec
- Handful of ice
- 1 Lemon (Optional)

INSTRUCTIONS:
- Add all ingredients into a shaker and shake for 30 secs
- Pour into a glass and garnish with lemon peel and lemon zest
- Enjoy!
