Our interns are officially settled in and gearing up for an incredible summer at ADB! After diving into their first couple of weeks, this group is already bringing fresh energy, curiosity, and big ideas to our teams. We’re excited to collaborate with them as they learn, grow, and make an impact across the company.

We’re excited to welcome Hugo Sobas and Eric Snow to the A‑Team!

Hugo joins us as Chief of Staff, bringing 20+ years of experience leading and transforming high‑performing, customer‑focused teams across managed services and delivery organizations. Eric brings 15+ years of engineering and operations expertise across telecom, broadband, and digital‑infrastructure programs, strengthening our engineering delivery nationwide.

We’re excited to have them both on board! 🎉

Help us congratulate Jamie Kelley on stepping into the role of Vice President of Fleet! Jamie’s deep experience and steady leadership have shaped the fleet function into what it is today. As VP, Jamie will continue guiding how we support, scale, and strengthen the assets that power ADB’s work across the country.

The ADB Community showed up recently in full force as 30 A‑Team members spent the day serving at Longmeadow Rescue Ranch . From cleaning stalls and trimming trees to clearing debris and giving some well‑deserved attention to the animals, our team put in real work with real heart.

Our A‑Team has shown up in incredible ways during ALL IN Culture Week. From giving back through our Food Drive Competition to dancing for health and wellness, sharing laughs over beverages and banter, and learning more about the full project management process, this week has been all about our people.
