For his birthday, Aunt Lisa gave a wonderful surprise to Jacob, a very special young man who loves trains. He is active with the Mud Creek Central Railroad Club, where everyone joined in with the surprise presentation. Jacob announced to everyone at the club, as he went by on his train, that the "Hummer Express" is "The King of Trains." The selflessness and kindness shown by Lisa to her nephew will last a life time for Jacob. A very special Happy Birthday to Jacob from RMI!

We now offer the "Victor Gold Mining Co.'s This beautiful gondola ran on the Florence & Cripple Creek RR in Colorado. We have added this car to our Legend Series of 2 1/2" scale equipment. We even added the side truss rods and cross bracing to this car. This is the first car and was built a little shorter then scale as requested by the customers, All further cars are being built to the correct length.

Featuring all steel under frame construction. These cars have the correct outline of their wooden prototypes. This construction guarantees a long life of heavy use, with little regard for adverse weather. Truss-rod bracing are standard on the car, if the prototype had them. These cars can be lettered for any of the following or your favorite railroad.

We have the broadest range of equipment ever available from a single supplier: Over 15 electric and five gas-hydraulic locomotives, five trolls and trolleys, four models of 3 3/4" scale live steam locomotives (plans and castings or completed locomotives), plus riding cars, narrow gauge rolling stock, structures such as platform covers, signal bridges and towers, light towers, a complete modular track system, turntables, signs and signals, plus a full line of powered chassis, electronic controls, DC motors and gear boxes.
While RMI products feature traditional construction techniques such as solid steel riveting and high quality castings, we also take full advantage of the most modern materials and manufacturing processes available. Thick section parts are cut with ultra-high pressure water jets, steel parts are laser cut, and machining is done on CNC machine and turning centers. As a result of this effort, all parts-original or replacement-fit and are affordable.
