Torso and spine lengthened,
Chest lifted up with shoulders down and back, straighten your knees, pointe your toes,
Face presented, Eyes alive and alert.
And the top of your head reaching for the sky!
After voicing these many corrections in dance class, I finally get the pose I want! 😃👍
