Growing up around My Gym, learning from my parents, and eventually working alongside my dad at My Gym Thousand Oaks shaped so much of who I am today.

What they started more than 40 years ago continues to inspire the way I teach, lead, and create a positive impact for children and families every day. 🙏🏻

And now, I’m so excited to continue that story with My Gym Agoura Hills! 🎉

I’m grateful to have recently been featured by Canvas Rebel and given the opportunity to reflect on the journey that brought me here.

From growing up in My Gym, to eventually stepping into ownership myself, this journey has been shaped by a lot of lessons, challenges, meaningful relationships, and experiences along the way.

I’m incredibly grateful for the people who have been a part of it, and for the opportunity to continue doing what I love with purpose. With plenty more to come!
