Today was one for the books! 🚀✨

Our astronauts stayed busy all morning exploring space through hands-on learning. We measured the planets’ distance from the sun using toilet paper squares, created our own solar system models, made moon sand and galaxy slime (sorry, parents 😜), and wrapped up the day building bottle rockets for an epic blast-off finale!

Mrs. Carson and I are officially exhausted, but goodness they loved it!

Space Week has been a blast! 🌎🪐⭐️

If you’ve ever filled out an inquiry form with Tutor Tots, you’ve probably noticed that I ask a lot of questions.

That’s because I don’t believe every child needs the same teacher.

One of the things we are most intentional about is making sure students are matched with the educator who is the best fit for their specific goals and needs. We look at strengths, struggles, personalities, learning styles, and what we’re hoping to accomplish together.

We don’t just place a child in the first available opening.

The truth is, our teachers are the heart of Tutor Tots.

Building this team has never been about filling positions. We are incredibly intentional about who we bring through our doors because the people working with your children matter.

Great programs don’t change lives, great educators do.

Every teacher at Tutor Tots brings something unique to the table, but they all share one thing in common: a genuine passion for helping children grow and succeed. Finding the right match can make all the difference in a child’s confidence, growth, and success.

Because what we do is about so much more than homework help or a couple of worksheets.

It’s figuring out why a child is struggling, finding the right strategies, building relationships, and celebrating growth along the way.

We want students to leave with stronger academic skills, but we also want them to leave believing in themselves.

Just a few quick reminders for our three-day summer program:

📝 Our carline operates on the right side (when facing the building). The first car should pull all the way to the end of the side wall. We will unload four cars at a time and then signal when it’s safe to pull off. Pickup works the same way!

💧 Please remember to send a water bottle and snack each day.

☀️ And a quick apology in advance… we like to keep it professional at the Tots, but this summer you’ll probably find us teaching in shorts and t-shirts. It’s just too hot for anything else!

Day one of Astronaut Academy is in the books! 🚀✨

We had so much fun exploring space, learning together, and kicking off our galaxy paintings today. The kids worked hard on the first step, and we can’t wait to finish them up tomorrow during Experience Day!

Stay tuned for moon sand, rocket blast-offs, and lots more space-themed fun. I have a feeling this week is going to be out of this world! 🌙⭐🪐💫

🚀 Week 2 is here, and we’re officially stepping into space at Tutor Tots!

This week, our future astronauts will be training like the pros. We’ll be launching rockets, exploring planets, creating galaxies, investigating moon craters, and completing a mission to the moon. 🌎✨🌙

Of course, we’ll be sneaking in plenty of reading, writing, math, and problem-solving along the way… but don’t tell the kids. 😉

Mrs. Carson Howle and I are ready for a week full of learning, laughter, creativity, and lots of astronaut adventures.
