Selva Brewing Company: Where Jungle Meets Brewery
Selva Brewing Company, a brainchild of Sardi’s owners, is set to transform the former Growlers location at 227 E Diamond Ave in Gaithersburg. We caught up with Philip Sardelis, owner of Sardi’s, who shared that this venture marks their maiden voyage into the world of brewing. Inspired by the lush tropical rainforests of South America, Selva, meaning jungle in Spanish, will craft beers that evoke the exotic flavors of the region.
