Having a baby shakes up your life. For a while I thought I was going to give up writing because I knew I had to work harder than ever before to provide for my family and to put it frankly, writing wasnt paying the bills and it was taking a lot of time.

The past few months have been a real grind but I think I have found a way to get back to writing. I still need to prioritize my work and my family, but I shouldn't strip myself of my creative outlets.

Who knows, maybe one day my daughter will love the things I write and grow to be my biggest fan.
