3 +5 x Neutral Grip Pull + Scap pull

Rested 60-75 seconds after each set

Decided to get some cardio in today.
Warmed up for about 10 minutes then performed the following.
**Gloves Off**

π€‘3 minutes: Head Movement/Blocking

**Gloves On**

1-2-Slip, 2-3-Slip, 5-2-Slip-Pivot-Double Jab

β3 minutes: Jab to the Body-3-Slip-Pivot-Double Jab
π¬1 minute rest
3 minutes:
Low Block(R)-6-3-2
High Block(L)-1-2-3
Low Block(L)-5-2-1
High Block(R)-2-3-6

Then: 5 x 100m Uphill Sprints using the bridge on Cross Seminole Trail. I rested 90 seconds after each sprint.
