Texas Gumbo Cook-Off

The Official Texas Gumbo Cook-Off is an open competition for Gumbo chefs of every skill level. The event is held annually on the first Saturday of March. All combining of ingredients must be done on site. Chefs are allowed to begin anytime after 12:01 am.
