We are looking for a Screen Print Press Operator here in our shop. Experience preferred but not needed. Pay based on experience. PT or FT. M-F, 8-4:30

Skill/Job requirements
-You must be able to load, print and unload items on our press
-Must be able to set up and clean up press
-Must have an eye for detail
-Must be able to stand for long periods of time
-Must be willing to learn and adapt. Creative thinking and problem solving skills are a definite plus!
-Must be a team worker and have good team working skills
-Must be able to maintenance equipment and clean when needed
-Must be able to help out within the shop as needed. As a small family owned and operated shop, we expect everyone to be able to step in when needed to get jobs done in a timely order.
-Must be able to lift 35lbs

Job Requirements:
-Eye for detail

-Basic computer skills
-Experience in screen printing and/or embroidery preferred but not required
-Ability to learn

SEWING MACHINE OPERATOR

Master Uniform is a growing family owned and operated business in Oswego, IL. Right at rt 30 and rt 31 (Near Caterpillar).

Job Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain sewing machines and related parts, including pattern plates, needles, presser feet, automatic cutting tools and blades

Read and interpret work orders and adjust machines and materials to match, including selecting fabric, thread and needles, mounting necessary attachments and double-checking settings before beginning a large run

Inspect and repair finished products as needed and make machine adjustments to compensate for errors or quality issues

Record accurately the materials used, maintenance performed and number of pieces completed during each shift, keeping each of these metrics within target ranges

Attach elastic, cord, zippers, hooks, buttons and other trimmings to sewn pieces according to work order instructions and diagrams

Prepare materials for machine embroidery and other automatic embellishment, including securing fabric in hoops, templates or clamps and guiding into machine

Troubleshoot basic machinery problems and request service or repairs as needed
Meet or exceed consistent daily and weekly output and quality goals

Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:
-Must be at least 18 years old to work with industrial machines
-Able to stand throughout shift
-Good physical (hand/eye) coordination
-Able to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis
Preferred:
-Some experience with sewing machines or willing to learn.

We are hiring for a fabric cutter for our manufacturing facility. Please read the requirements to see if the position fits your criteria and send over your resume if interested to be considered for an interview.

-This position requires Machine Operator Experience
-Calculating is used all day including measurements, factions and decimals.
-You will need to be able to pay attention to close details and also be looking at #'s all day.
-You must be able to lift up to 65lbs
-You will be standing and walking all day
-Must have the ability to sort and organize naturally
-Attendance is extremely important and is taken very seriously
-Must be able to interact with other team members and follow company policies
-Multi Tasking is a must and you will need to be able to work well under pressure.

The position is starting at Part-Time to permanent based off your work performance and dedication.

Serious applicants only will be considered and pay is based off previous experience.
