What do you do on a day when it is really too cold to be out sampling the Fox River?... you bring all your samplers and lab staff together to discuss and update your protocols. For nearly 24 years, the Fox River Study Group and its partners have been sampling 7 sites on the Fox River in the 67-mile stretch from Johnsburg to Yorkville on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. We also collect samples from the mouths of 7 tributaries. Thanks to all the folks participating in this effort from:
