The 3rd Annual Chicago Adaptive Open kicked off this morning. 84 of the best Adaptive players in the world have traveled to Oswego for one of best Adaptive major championships in the country. Special thanks to Golf Course Superintendent Bob Kohlstedt and his staff for the amazing course conditions. I encourage everyone to come watch the final round tomorrow morning starting at 8am.

There's something very special going on at Fox Bend this weekend! We're the host site of the 2026 Chicago Adaptive Open!

The Chicago District Golf Association will welcome the world’s top golfers with physical and intellectual disabilities, competing for a $30,000 purse over 36 holes. Players will tee off across 15 different sports classifications — from visual impairments to short stature and more.

Spectators are welcome to witness this inspiring championship on the course! Or watch the action live both days on the Championship Golf Network.
