I graduated from North Central College in December 2012 with a bachelors degree in Management and Small Business. I started baking (just for fun) freshman year of college and and by the end of my senior year people were asking me to bake things for them. So in March 2013 I started Sweets By Rae! My goal is to open a store front in the future :]

Although it has been a long time coming it is still sad to say that I will be putting my baking in Illinois on hold for a very long time 😔
I have LOVED this chapter of my life so much! You have all been such amazing customers and have given me such great support and I TRULY cannot say THANK YOU enough!! It is because of you that I was even able to make Sweets By Rae a reality!! I have loved being able to be a part of all of your celebrations from showers to weddings to gender reveals, birthday parties, anniversaries and more! Oh it has been so fun! And you have all challenged me to grow and become better at my job :)

Do not fear though! Wherever we settle down I DO plan on opening a bakery 😃 it is my passion and one of my greatest love languages! So you'll all have a reason to travel and come visit 😜
