Understanding the importance of your special day and helping you turn it into a reality. Coordinating Weddings is my niche and I absolutely love it!

I have been in business for 6 years now but have over 15 years of experience. With experience as a venue coordinator, a wedding coordinator for a catering company and with a Bachelors Degree in Interior Design, not only do I have the right tools to help plan your wedding, but also have the creativity, and visual understanding to turn your ideas into a reality. Your "dream wedding" no longer needs

Final headcount time—one of the most important steps in your planning process!
Here’s how to stay on track:
✨ Set your RSVP deadline 4–5 weeks before your wedding
(5 weeks gives you breathing room!)
✨ Expect a few guests not to respond—there’s always some 😅
Use the next 1–2 weeks to follow up with those missing RSVPs
✨ Then give yourself another 1–2 weeks to finalize your seating chart
And here’s my biggest tip 👇🏽
Assign guests to specific tables (not individual seats).
This helps you stay in control and ensures every guest has a place and every seat is accounted for.
Create a simple spreadsheet that includes: ✔️ Table numbers
✔️ Guest full names
✔️ Meal selections (for plated dinners)
✔️ Dietary restrictions
✔️ Special notes (highchairs, wheelchair access, etc.)
By the time your final count is due to your venue and catering team…
you’re organized, prepared, and stress-free 🙌🏽
Happy planning! 💖

So your daughter decided she wants a quince court… damas and chambelanes 💃🏽🕺🏽
Now what, mom?
It’s time to tap into those organizational skills—because if you leave it up to the teens… it will turn into chaos 😅
As soon as she selects her court, start gathering parent info:
Names, phone numbers, and emails for the court and their moms.
Create a group chat and introduce yourself to the moms.
Let them know their child has agreed to be part of your daughter’s quince.
Why does this matter?
Because moms will help keep their kids accountable to the commitments they’ve made.
Then clearly and kindly communicate expectations from the start:
Event date
Costs (suit rentals for boys, dresses + heels for girls)
Choreography is covered by you - but let them know practices will typically be: ✔️ Once a week starting about 10–12 weeks out
✔️ Possibly increasing to 2x/week as the event gets closer
Setting expectations early = fewer dropouts later 🙌🏽
And trust me… that’s something you definitely want to avoid.
Happy planning! 💖

It’s expo season!
Whether you’re attending a wedding expo or a quinceañera expo, the approach is pretty much the same.

Expos are meant to help you gather information, meet vendors, and get inspired — not to feel pressured into booking on the spot.

Go prepared, bring a small entourage, take notes on vendors you genuinely connect with, and take pictures of anything that inspires you. It can feel overwhelming fast, so having a plan going in makes the experience fun instead of stressful.

Think of it as a one-stop shop for research. Meet people, ask questions, collect information… and enjoy the process.

Happy planning 🤍

The Famous “Small Wedding” Plan 😂
It started with, “Babe, I just want a small, intimate wedding…”
…and somehow the guest list kept growing 😅
Funny how that happens 🤷‍♀️ 😂

A real wedding happened during the superbowl halftime show!!! They're Bad Bunny's real fans that invited him to their wedding and he offered this instead. 😍
