Rental packages are good for up to 5 days! We do not charge by the day unlike many companies. Your tent will be installed the Thursday or Friday before your event with plenty of time to decorate. We remove it Monday or Tuesday after.

$17.00/hr + tips
40 hours per week
10 hour days Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday
8am-7pm with 1 hour lunch

Cold weather installs? No problem! We’ve been busy this fall with weddings and corporate events like this one for Olsson Roofing Company in Aurora, IL. Our powerful LB White forced air tent heaters keep our clients warm no matter what the weather is. We use the industry standard Block-N-Roll system to set up events on hard surfaces like parking lots when freezing temperatures prevent the use of water barrels.

We just finished setting up multiple high peak frame tents for Gourdy's Pumpkin Run this weekend at Keller's Farmstand in Oswego. We’re so excited to have been booked for this event and hope our tents heighten the fun of this great fall fun run. If you have some time check it out or check out Keller’s.

We just added a second truck to our fleet for the 2025 season. We will be able to double our capacity, provide redundancy and open things up for larger tents and crews 🙌

Big things are in store for next year!

It’s been a little while since I posted setup pics - we’ve been crushing it every weekend and wedding season is upon us so it’s very very busy - plus the high heat index days 🥵. On top of that we’ve been adding new items to our inventory that I haven’t even had time to list on the website yet - 30” and 36” cocktail tables, different types of 60” round tables, new area lighting options and more! Thank you to all our followers for your support and stay tuned for some big moves yet to come!
