Melissa and I were talking at Tylerโ€™s wrestling tournament. She had an awesome idea, so we made it happen at TTS.

Her daughter was having a bday party and Melissa wanted to do something special. So she asked us to do a self defense class for the kids so they could learn valuable self defense lessons and get some energy out at the same time.

Itโ€™s was so fun, these girls were amazing and I know they took home so valuable information. 1 always draw attention โ€œHELP, HELP.โ€ 2 create opportunity to run.
