Write Down Your “Why”

Some people run because they want to improve their health, achieve a goal or try something new. Think of your “why” and write it down in a place where you’re sure to see it to continue to inspire you even when motivation wanes. “When I had an illness that forced me to start running from zero, I constantly visualized myself crossing a finish line,” says Amie Dworecki, USATF- and RRCA-certified (Levels I and II) run coach.
