LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is a twelve-week, small group program designed for adult cancer survivors. This program fulfills the important need of supporting the increasing number of cancer survivors who find themselves in the transitional period between completing their cancer treatment and the shift to feeling physically and emotionally strong enough to attempt to return to their normal life or their “new normal.” The program is conducted outside of medical facilities to emphasize that LIVESTRONG at the YMCA is about health, not disease. After the program is complete, participants have the opportunity to continue on in the StayStrong program.

Join us for a fun run at River Brewing Co. kicking off the 4imprint Oshkosh Half Marathon, Relay & Loop the Lake with local running groups Running Water City, Run | Neenah, and Footwear. Also, Aurora Sports Physical Therapy will be on-site to connect runners with resources such as running assessments and injury evaluation.
