BVR Design

This picture is from back in November. Shown in the center is a carbon fiber 3D printed suspension upright that was designed in house for a formula car. Impossible Objects had it on display at SEMA this year in Las Vegas!

Here is a laser cut instrument panel for a Glasair Sportsman. Looking forward to seeing pics of it installed in the plane.

Just completed these custom trailer boxes. The customer wanted them designed to match the lines of the trailer. One box will hold a battery and have a control panel for a winch.

Here is a custom Toyota grill. The customer sent over an illustrator file. We converted it to a parametric CAD file in order to program it and cut it. It will be used as a prototype to test fitment. Looking forward to helping develop the design.

Check out this custom bobber sign. Currently working on a couple similar designs to add to the site.

Made these wheel centers a couple weeks ago. They are for a plow. Started with a paper drawing from the customer and provided finished parts in a matter of days.
