TRX (Total Body Resistance Exercise) is a highly versatile form of suspension training that uses adjustable hanging straps and your own body weight to build strength, flexibility, balance, and core stability simultaneously!
We combo it with the Pilates Chair Monday nights!
4 + 6pm for experienced clients. 5pm is Chair + Springboard for any new or well seasoned client.
