Mouse

Mouse's blood work came back today... White cells are a little high, as is glucose, but the vet thinks that could just be from stress. Red cells were on the low end of normal (which may explain the litter licking), so we're adding a daily multivitamin & re-checking him in a month.

Doing better this morning. Woke me up twice last night to show him food and water (which he ate & drank). Continuing to monitor, but feeling better. Please keep up the good thoughts, energy, and prayers.

Mouse is not feeling well... Please send positive thoughts & energy his way.

Took him to the vet for B-12 shot, and he's down a pound from last month. Gave him some mirtazepine, and now he won't eat or drink anything on his own. Not showing any interest in food or water. No bowel movements for 36 hours (and last one was very small & strained). Syringe-feeding small amounts of food and water for now; going back to vet tomorrow if no improvement.

Back home & feeling a little better. Did some blood work & gave fluids, B-12, cerenia, and covenia. White blood cell count is high, but that could be sure to stress & infection. Doing a round of cerenia & rechecking blood work in a week.
