10 Universities, 10 new REU scholars, and one shared mission of ! We’re thrilled to be able to welcome these new NSF scholars into the lab and help them reach for the stars this semester!

Seeing how far our UCF mission has reached and meeting other students from around the country eager to help drive our research further is such an amazing feeling! We can’t wait to follow their work over the summer and highlight all of their progress!

Kids bring so much energy and creativity to our lab 💡🎨

This semester, we had three schools join us for field trips through ENGAGE, our K-12 STEAM program—and it’s always a highlight!

From designing custom arm sleeves and foam hands to creating their own video game levels, students get a hands‑on look at how art, engineering, and technology come together to make a real impact 🦾

We love seeing their ideas come to life and inspiring the next generation of artists, scientists, and innovators.

We are proud of the impact these students have had in the lab, at UCF, and beyond. From designing bionic arms to conducting research studies, these scholars have proved they have what it takes to stay Limbitless.
