After correcting the drainage and stabilizing the area, we removed and replaced damaged sections of the driveway.

These areas had failed due to water issues underneath, so fixing the drainage first was key.

Once that was handled, we poured new concrete to tie everything back together cleanly.

Everything now drains properly and the problem areas are fixed the right way.

Got the retaining walls in and built out some small garden beds to clean everything up and help with the flow. It’s all starting to come together now.

Next up we’ll be tackling the driveway, then irrigation is getting handled, and we’ll finish it off with fresh sod.

This yard was dealing with washout issues every time it rained 🌧️

With rainy season coming up, we’re getting ahead of it before it turns into a bigger problem.

Phase 1 is underway:
130’ of 4” + 70’ of 6” drainage installed to control water flow and stop erosion.

Next phase:
We’ll be tying everything into a trench drain and pouring new concrete to lock it all in and finish the system the right way.

🚜 New Project Started!

Our team just started a new house pad expansion for a future 15,000 sq ft home. We cleared and cleaned the area around the original pad, removed a stump and old sod, and got the existing pad leveled and compacted.

Up next, we’ll perform density testing and begin importing and compacting quality fill to bring the new, larger house pad up to proper grade.
