It’s almost time to rock in Casselberry! 🎸🏃♀️ The Battle of the Bands 5K takes over Lake Concord Park this Saturday!
⏰ 5K starts at 7:30 AM
🎶 Three bands will be performing along the course, then cast your vote for your favorite after you finish.�🎤 Stick around for the post-race party with live music from Hello Sister, plus beer and a non-alcoholic option for ages 21+.�🏃 FREE AdventHealth for Children Kids’ Run begins at 8:45 AM.

We’re excited to welcome Jake Ludlow to his new role as Business Development Coordinator with Track Shack Events!
Jake has been part of Track Shack for more than four years, beginning in retail where he helped customers find the right running gear. In his new role, he’ll support event operations, business partnerships, and the continued growth of Track Shack Events.
Jake is also an experienced runner, having completed three marathons and the Daytona 100-mile ultramarathon. Outside of running, Jake is a big sports fan and proudly cheers for the Philadelphia Eagles. 🦅
We’re excited to see Jake continue his journey with Track Shack and take on this next chapter with the Events team!

What a night in Lake Nona! 🌅🏃♀️ Thank you to everyone who joined us for the Run Nona 5K and Nemours Children’s Run. From our youngest runners taking off, to a packed 5K course and post-race block party, you made this one such a fun night!!

They get into the early days of Track Shack, runDisney, Orlando’s growing run club scene, the Track Shack Youth Foundation and what’s ahead as we approach our 50th anniversary in 2027.
