raris moved to Wisconsin to earn a Bachelors and a Masters degree in Architecture. She graduated with honors and a concentration in Interior Design from the University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee (UWM) and started her professional career in Wisconsin as an architectural designer working in residential and commercial projects. It was here where she realized that even though she really loved selecting the combinations of materials, furniture, colors and textures to meet the needs and wants of her clients, that her biggest satisfaction came from seeing the gratitude and emotion in the eyes of her customers when all came together at the end of their projects. Meraris and her family relocated later on to North San Diego county in California where she started a non-profit organization leveraging her certifications in Personal Training and Sports Nutrition to serve people in the community achieve their health goals and a better quality of life. After a few years, Meraris had the opportunity to move back to the East Coast where she started working for an Architecture firm in the Orlando area as an architectural designer. Through all these years Meraris moved frequently, purchasing, renting and selling a total of nine homes which gave her a first hand knowledge of the benefits, challenges and opportunities of the real estate market. She was also constantly being reached out by friends and family to match them with the right house, redecorate their homes or get her advice after the purchase of a new house to make it feel like their home. It was at this point that she decided that adding a Real Estate license to her portfolio would allow her to combine her experience in Design and her passion to help others. After purchasing her first home in the Orlando area over six years ago with her husband and three school age girls, Meraris takes advantage of the many opportunities for entertainment that Orlando offers due to its weather and centralized location and enjoys with her family the Disney passes and boating at the local lakes and at the ocean, particularly in St. Petersburg and Clear Water. Meraris volunteers counseling parents and coaching fitness and nutrition at the local community church and spends her free time in the gym, finding new places to eat and traveling
