ADVENTURE APPALACHIA! The mission team wrapped up its days of service with the most amazing mountain adventures in Southwest Virginia/West Virginia.

MISSION APPALACHIA! This team worked hard and served with such humility - a beautiful reflection of the love and compassion of Christ! It was a joy to be part of what God is doing in New River Valley (Pulaksi, VA). Truly grateful for each local partner that hosted us and made this important work possible…!

Mission Appalachia, organized by Compassion Creates Change™, kicks-off tomorrow! Through Mission Appalachia, a mission team from Orlando, FL will partner with local non-profits throughout New River Valley (in southwest Virginia) to collaborate on projects/programming focused on homelessness, the needs of the elderly, empowering young girls, and neighborhood compassionate outreach.

PULASKI, VA! Join us on Monday evening, July 6th (5-7:30 PM) for Family Fun Fest at Heritage Park (on Dora Hwy). First 100 guests will receive a free hot dog meal! Compassion Creates Change™ is grateful for Rotary Club of Avalon Park’s sponsorship of mosquito nets for children in Nicaragua. Thank you Maria Antonia de Picado for your leadership and organization of this community health initiative that prevents malaria/dengue and fights for the welfare of these deserving kids! This Christmas Season, it was a JOY to partner again with Maria Antonia de Picado to sponsor a “Celebración de Navidad“ for children and families living in two remote communities on the outskirts of Managua, Nicaragua.
