USTA Florida is thrilled to highlight the fantastic court resurfacing at Miccosukee Golf & Country Club! π΄π

βThese types of investments are essential to growing the game and creating a positive, active environment where families and athletes can continue to develop and enjoy tennis,β David Ensignia Sr., added.

The Florida tennis community is heavy-hearted today as we remember B.A. Grubbs, a former USTA Florida President, Hall of Famer, and a visionary leader whose life was shaped by tennis, family, faith, and service.
For more than two decades, B.A. served the Florida Section with a bold, creative mindset. During his presidency, his leadership and winning presentation earned Florida the right to launch the pilot Schools Program, growing the game for countless young athletes.
Those who knew B.A. best describe a true gentleman with a deep sense of fairness. His love for tennis was a gift passed down through generations, especially to his daughter, Dana, who followed in his footsteps to become USTA Florida President.
βThis man was made for USTA Florida," Dana shared. "If only I could be the person, he was.β
Our deepest condolences go out to Dana, his family, his friends, and the entire Florida tennis community whose lives were touched by his kindness and triumphant leadership.
Thank you, B.A., for everything you gave to the game. π
