We are so excited to be performing The Juniper Tree with ! Performances are at 7:30 p.m. on May 10&11 - There is a ticket link in our bio. ❤️
The Juniper Tree is a contemporary chamber opera by composers Philip Glass and Robert Moran to a libretto by Arthur Yorinks, is a tale about a jealous and scheming stepmother who murders her stepson and serves him up in a stew to his unsuspecting father, only to then be killed herself by the stepson who is reincarnated as a beautiful bird. It is a haunting and hypnotic opera with some of Glass’ most tuneful melodies.

“We often limit the originality and quality of our output with these notions. James is more open-minded, more of a free thinker, and I think we, as a society, should try to encourage this.”
