Impressive how easy it is to be that high performing leader. Also thinking this 5 TIMES number would apply to leaders who have a business or executive coach AND to leaders who are serving in the role of coach with those they have the privilege of leading...

In this week's Monday Moment, we talk about being busy.

You know the feeling... always too busy, always just busy, and always trying to catch up and get things done or finish... well, something.

It's a habit most of the time, but also just the sheer workload we're all facing and the learning curve of AI that's added a pile of work and knowledge needed, to all of our lists.

But, there's a caution here.
Is busy the same as effective?
Are you being a good leader when you get more done or when you get the right things done... or when you reexamine the value of busy and start looking at what is actually a real, honest to goodness... priority?

There are risks to being just busy and this Monday Moment stares those right in the face and dares you to delete them. LOL.
