Mission Fund for Our Little Roses

Our group is safely back home after an exciting week with the girls at Our Little Roses. It was a great time of fun, games, worship, and building friendships. We are so very grateful for the support from our donors.

The meaning of our logo comes from Isaiah 49:1-3: "God put me to work from the day I was born. The moment I entered the world he named me. He kept his hand on me to protect me. He made me his straight arrow and hid me safely." Thank you, Hugh for the golf shirts for our Mission Team!

Welcome Founded twenty-five years ago in San Pedro Sula, a Central American city infamous for its poverty and violence, Our Little Roses is the only girls’ orphanage in Honduras. Cinco de Mayo Date Night! Parents and kids can both have a fun night out to celebrate on Friday, May 5, from 6 p.m. until 10 p.m. Children from nursery age to 10 years old will enjoy Cinco de Mayo celebrations while parents can enjoy a night out. The price is $10 per child, then $5 for each additional child in a family, and includes tacos and build-your-own piñata sundae. The Prayer Wall was a great success in the Great Hall this morning. We'll be there again next Sunday morning with another lovely gift for our $100 donors. Our OLR shirts are $10.
